what to expect from individual therapy session:
In the session the body is in the centre of attention.
The body holds your biography and is constantly talking to you. It communicates via the language of emotions and sensations. You will be supported to use diverse range of practices to balance your emotional, mental states and strengthen your physicality.
We meet to focus on what arises for you in the present moment.
Every session will be tailored to your individual, specific, unique concerns and health conditions using a rich repertoire of numerous practices:
• applying psychotherapeutic tools
• trauma and psychoeducation
• neuroscientific bio-hacks
• awareness and breathwork practices
• embodiment coaching
• somatic movement and yoga poses

Sylvana held the space extremely well. I was going through one of the most difficult periods in my life whilst having the sessions, and I was extremely dysregulated. No matter how I showed up to the sessions, Sylvana instantly put me at ease and allowed me to feel what I was feeling. There was no judgement, and she did an exceptional job of guiding me through my emotions. She was able to think on her feet very well and suggest practices and tools to help me feel calmer and more regulated. On two occasions in particular I was astonished how my mood and mindset shifted from the start to the end of the session. I liked the way that the session felt totally tailored to my needs no matter what was happening in the moment.

Due to my recovery from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, I had lost a lot of confidence in how to practice, my anxiety about becoming fatigued was very high. It was helpful to learn movements and practices that were extremely simple, and gentle yet very effective. This has given me much confidence to be able to practice again in new ways that work for me. I also liked the well-rounded approach and the collaborative aspect of the sessions. It was great to not always be focused on asana and to bring in the mind aspect of the practice as standard.

I work with an individual's unique conditioning, emotionality, physicality, traumas, tendencies and attitudes. In non-judgmental atmosphere we work in an interactive, collaborative manner, where you are inspired to develop a sense of agency and gain resources to feel more integrated, confident, and resilient.

In my 11 years of working therapeutically, I’ve gained experience working with a diverse population of all ages: seniors, cancer patients, people on autistic spectrum, ADHD, PTSD, anxiety disorders, depression, developmental trauma, MS, chronic fatigue syndrome, lower back pain and other mental and physical chronic conditions.
I consider myself a lifelong learner and seeker. My intention as a therapist is to inspire awareness and empower others with practical, doable, evidence-based practices for improved mental and physical health.
